The sources of inspiration for my sculpture are the inherent properties in materials and processes as well as everyday naturalistic phenomena.
Award: BS in Clinical Biology with a Specialization in Histotechnology. Award: Post-Baccalaureate certificate in Histotechnology. After successful completion of program students are eligible to sit for the HTL exam.In the tradition of object making, I interpret the action in nature.My one of a kind sculptures satisfy an obsession with the tactile as they reveal light, space, and the concept of duality.Tuition: either pay affiliated community college for 12-15 credits, or if already have AA/AS degree then pay Program $2500. The School of Histotechnologists (HTL) is an 11.5 month NAACLS-accredited certificate laboratory program working with tissues from operating rooms, doctor's offices and autopsy.During the 7 am - pm program, Monday through Friday, students learn the theory and technical skills for the Histology laboratory, Muscle enzyme histochemistry, Immunohistochemistry, Electron microscopy, and Molecular pathology.Award: MS in clinical Biology with a Specialization in Histotechnology.
After successful completion of program students are eligible to sit for the HTL exam.
CCRI accepts approximately 15 students into the Histotechnician Program each May.
If students have prior college education or clinical experience, they can gain advanced placement into the program.
The School of Histologic Technicians (HT) is a 7 month laboratory NAACLS-accredited certificate program working with tissues from operating rooms, doctors' offices and autopsy.
During the 7 am - pm program, Monday through Friday, students learn the theory and technical skills in the Histology laboratory, related to infections, cancer and tissue abnormalities.
The graduates are eligible to take the HT, ASCP exam with an Associate Degree in Applied Science and HTL, ASCP exam with a Bachelor Degree in Science.
